Video Creation Marketplace StudioNow Joins Forces With Bluwave Productions
StudioNow Adds Comcast to Roster of Fortune 500 Clients
NASHVILLE, TN, October 20, 2014 – StudioNow, the leader in providing scalable solutions for video content creation, announced today that Bluwave Productions, which operates one of the country’s largest video field production networks, is joining StudioNow. Effective October 20, Bluwave Productions, which supports Comcast Spotlight and other clients in 22 markets in the Southeast from its base in Jacksonville, FL, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of StudioNow.
As part of the new combination, Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, will join the impressive roster of companies that have integrated StudioNow's technology, services and marketplace solution into their operations, including YellowPages.com, PwC, Coca-Cola, Ogilvy, Akamai and many others.
Charlie Bolton will remain as Vice President and General Manager of Bluwave, responsible for the Comcast Spotlight relationship. Jim Dalton, Bluwave’s founder, will join StudioNow as an advisor and key shareholder.
