Whitney H. Kalb

As Partner and General Counsel, Whitney is primarily responsible for fundraising strategy and investor relations. She is also involved with the investment process including due diligence and legal analysis for investments and dispositions, and manages FCA’s legal and compliance matters. She joined FCA in 2019.

Prior to joining FCA, Whitney was an attorney representing companies in a variety of business transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, commercial mezzanine lending, capital raising and other general corporate matters.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the PENCIL Foundation and the Ensworth Alumni Board, and is a member of Nashville Healthcare Council’s Leadership Healthcare, Young Leaders Council, and the American Bar Association.

Whitney graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy and received a J.D. from the Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.
