Tom Hearn

Tom has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience.  Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services for Novant Health, Inc., a $3 billion health system in North Carolina.  Prior to joining Novant, he served as Chief Development Officer of MedCath, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDTH) and CEO of MedCath Partners, LLC, a subsidiary of MedCath, Inc., a KKR and Welsh Carson portfolio company.  Tom co-founded and served as President of  Decision Support Systems, a healthcare IT company, until it was acquired by Cortex Communications.  Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Administration at Atrium Health and as a senior consultant of VHA, Inc., a network of non-profit healthcare organizations.

Tom graduated from The College of William and Mary and received MBA and MPH degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
