Tom Hearn

Tom has over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience. Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services for Novant Health, Inc., a large multi-state health system. Prior to joining Novant, he served as Chief Development Officer of MedCath, Inc. and CEO of MedCath Partners, LLC, a subsidiary of MedCath, Inc., a KKR and Welsh Carson portfolio company.  Tom also co-founded and served as President of Decision Support Systems, a healthcare IT company.   Previously he was Vice President of Administration at Atrium Health, and a senior consultant at Vizient Inc., a healthcare performance improvement company. 

Tom received a BA from The College of William and Mary, and MBA and MPH degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
