Todd Johnson

Todd spent over 20 years in various leadership roles with early-stage healthcare companies, including founding and serving as CEO of HealthTech Corp. a cardiovascular services company that merged with MedCath Inc., where Todd served on the leadership team through the company going public and later being sold to KKR and Welsh Carson. Todd later co-founded and served as Managing Partner of KeraNetics, a life sciences company that spun out of the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine.

Most recently, Todd served on the leadership team and sat on the Cabinet of Wake Forest University, overseeing entrepreneurial initiatives for the University.

Along with serving on various FCA portfolio company Boards, Todd also serves on the Board of Directors of Winston Starts (non-profit start-up incubator) and the Wake Forest Center for Private Business. 

Todd received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
