Nancy Allen

Nancy is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of business experience and more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry. Prior to joining FCA, she served as the Tax Partner at Heathcott and Mullaly, and at Hill, Neal and Allen, both public accounting firms. During her career in public accounting, Nancy consulted with many investment partnerships on financial reporting, due diligence, and taxation, as well as assisting clients with angel investment decisions.

Nancy is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
