Nancy Allen

As Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Nancy is responsible for the fund’s financial operations and reporting, as well as contributing to the investment process, including diligence and deal structuring, portfolio management, and asset disposition. Nancy joined FCA in 2000.

Nancy is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of business experience and more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry. Prior to joining FCA, she served as the Tax Partner at Heathcott and Mullaly and Hill, and at Neal and Allen, both public accounting firms. During her career in public accounting, Nancy consulted with many investment partnerships on financial reporting, due diligence, and taxation, as well as assisting clients with angel investment decisions.

Nancy is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Nancy graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accounting.
