FCA announces the addition of Whitney L. Haley as Vice President and General Counsel.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 18, 2019) – FCA Venture Partners (“FCA”) announced the addition of Whitney L. Haley as Vice President and General Counsel. Whitney officially joined the FCA team on April 15, 2019. In addition to taking over responsibility for legal affairs, she will join the investment team in deal sourcing and due diligence along with oversight responsibility for investor relations and compliance matters.

Ms. Haley joins FCA from McKenzie, Laird, Ottinger and Leach, PLLC. While there, she represented individuals and companies in a variety of business transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financings, general corporate matters, capital raising, and commercial mezzanine lending.

Whitney is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy (2009) and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (2012). She is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the NAIOP.

FCA VI is led by Managing Partners Matthew King and John Burch, along with CFO and Partner Nancy Allen and Principal, Andrew Bouldin. Together, they have more than 80 years combined operational and investment experience.
